Lightly frying rosemary or thyme transforms the unpalatable raw leaves – perfectly crispy while maintaining the aromatic flavors. The primary texture in BBQ is tenderness, and the addition of fried herbs provides a unique contrast.

In this simple honey mustard recipe we incorporate fried mustard seeds for this added crunch. While optional, the addition of fresh honey comb takes this exploration in texture over the top.
